As a senior designer, you will take projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring strong visual quality and user experience across all outputs. Accountabilities
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end web and UI design solutions, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client expectations and project goals. You will manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining consistency, creativity, and adherence to deadlines.
Lead the full design lifecycle from concept development through final delivery across web and UI projectsCreate original visual designs using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and SketchManage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and timely deliveryCollaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with client requirements and feedbackAdapt designs across different industries and brand styles for a global client baseEnsure strong attention to usability, aesthetics, and responsive design principlesContinuously refine work based on feedback and maintain high design standards
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings solid hands-on experience in web and UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both creativity and execution. You are comfortable working independently in a remote setup and managing your time effectively across multiple priorities.
3+ years of experience in UI and web design (freelance or full-time)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or SketchProven ability to manage end-to-end design projects independentlyStrong portfolio showcasing web and digital design workExcellent time management and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbalAbility to work in a structured schedule aligned with US Eastern Time (9 AM - 6 PM ET)Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
