Design plays a central role in how we build Stravito. Our product helps global organizations unlock and use insights from market research and internal knowledge.

As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex problems into clear, intuitive product experiences. Much of our design work involves making research knowledge and AI-driven workflows understandable, trustworthy, and easy to use.

You’ll be involved throughout the product development process—from early discovery to polished UI and shipped features—and have ownership of key product areas as the product evolves.

About the job

Design and user experience (UX) are at the forefront of everything we do. The job of a User Experience Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical. In the UX Designer role, you’ll transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs —from the first-time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineer,s and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate our users' needs, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.
