The OpportunityWe’re building our freelance designer pool and are looking for an experienced Product Designer for web and mobile projects. This role is for someone with strong UX/UI skills who also brings product thinking, someone who can shape user experiences while considering business goals, product priorities, and technical feasibility.

This is not a full-time role and not tied to an immediate project. We are building a trusted pool of freelance collaborators for future project-based work. If timing and fit align, this can lead to repeated or longer-term collaboration.

Your Mission as a Product DesignerAs a freelance Product Designer, you will help define and design digital products from early ideas through to implementation-ready designs. You will combine user-centred design with product thinking to create clear, useful, and well-crafted experiences.

What You Will Be DoingHelp define problem spaces, user needs, value propositions, and product opportunities for digital products and servicesDesign end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, from early concepts and wireframes to polished interfacesContribute to product discovery, user flows, product strategy, prototypes, and final UISupport feature definition and prioritisation with a product mindsetCollaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developersCreate clear, implementation-ready designs and handoff materialsWork within or contribute to design systems where needed

We Need You to HaveMust-HavesProven experience as a Product Designer or Senior UX/UI DesignerStrong portfolio showing web and mobile product workDemonstrated ability to contribute to product strategy, prioritisation, and feature definitionSolid skills in UX, interaction design, UI design, and prototypingAbility to think beyond screens and contribute to product decisionsExperience working with cross-functional teamsStrong spoken and written English

Nice-to-HavesExperience in agency, consulting, or client-facing environmentsExperience with SaaS, enterprise, mobile, or AI-related productsWorkshop or discovery facilitation experienceGerman language skills
