Job Description

We're looking for a senior Product Designer who thrives on ownership. You take loosely defined problems, figure out who to talk to, and turn ambiguity into shipped solutions you can stand behind. You've designed real digital products used by real people, web or mobile, and you're just as comfortable untangling a messy internal workflow as you are polishing a customer-facing flow. You care about clarity and usability more than surface-level polish, and you know how to work within regulatory, technical, and business constraints without losing sight of the user.Your new employer

Our client is one of the fastest-growing AI-driven healthcare companies in Europe, having scaled from $10M to $350M ARR within a year while remaining profitable. They serve well over 150,000 patients a month and are on an ambitious growth trajectory toward becoming Europe's largest player in their space, with plans to expand across the wider European healthcare market. It's a young, founder-led organization that operates with a strong "Day 1" mentality: fast-moving, high-ownership, and still very much in build mode. The team is fully remote and distributed globally, with a strong emphasis on speed, candor, and execution.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Designer, you'll take on a senior, high-ownership role spanning both customer-facing products and internal clinical tooling. You'll report to the Head of Product Design and work closely with the Head of Product, as well as the wider product, design, engineering, and CX teams.

Your responsibilities include:Owning design work end-to-end, from problem definition to shipped solutionDesigning and improving customer-facing web and mobile app experiences (mobile is a major focus)Working on internal tools used by clinical, ops, enrol, and CX teams, with a focus on workflow and efficiencyNavigating real commercial and regulatory constraints rather than designing in a vacuumClearly articulating the business problem, the user need, and the reasoning behind your decisionsDefending your design decisions and holding your ground in discussionsSupporting other designers as the team grows, while staying hands-on yourselfThis is a full-time, remote position. The team is async-friendly and flexible with hours, but overlap with European and US time zones is expected.

Must-haves:3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile, including customer-facing apps or internal toolingA strong portfolio showing real product work — the problem, the constraints, the decisions, and the impact, including polished final screensProven ability to take ownership of loosely defined problems and drive them to a shipped outcome without needing constant directionA craft-first mindset: you prioritize clarity and usability over surface polish, and can work within fixed requirements and existing systemsStrong communication skills — you can explain your reasoning, defend tradeoffs, and hold your own in discussions with strong opinions

Nice-to-haves:Formal design training (or equivalent depth gained through real product work)Experience designing for regulated or complex products, where legal, compliance, or business rules shape what can and can't changeComfort working closely with engineers and understanding how design decisions translate into real, shipped code
