I'm hiring multiple Senior AI Product Designers who already work the way design will be done in five years' time. AI isn't something you try on the side. It's where every piece of your work begins, and you haven't looked back.

The work spans many different markets, industries and types of user, which is what makes it so exciting. Everything will be built for tens of thousands of users in both Arabic and English.

The pace is rare for an organisation of this size. Teams are small and senior, decisions get made quickly by the people doing the work, and live products reach production in around six weeks. Forget proofs of concept. Everything here ships and gets used. The programme has backing from the very top, and salaries are pitched at big tech level 🌍

Discover the roleThis isn't a design delivery seat. They want a proper product and business thinker. You won't say yes to a new feature until you understand why it should exist.

Most of the problems you pick up won't arrive neatly packaged. Users want one thing, the business wants another and the tech has its own limits. You'll find the thread that matters and turn it into something the team can build with confidence. There's no one waiting to tell you what to do.

AI should sharpen your thinking, not replace it. At the core you need to be an excellent Product Designer. You know what a good product and good UX look like, and you can carry that judgement into LLMs. Writing code isn't part of the job, but you'll follow your designs all the way into the product and make sure what launches matches what you intended.

Discover the requirements✅ Experience designing and shipping successful products from zero to one. What you've delivered matters more than how many years it took✅ AI is your default starting point. You use Claude and Claude Code before Figma, prototype and test ideas with AI first, then move into polished screens✅ You think at a product level, not just UI execution✅ You have experience in very fast moving environments✅ You're comfortable committing to a direction before every answer is in, and you'll push back on stakeholders when something feels off✅ You work with full autonomy and take initiative without close management➕ You've built AI native products before (a very nice to have!)
