Job Description

We're partnered with a fast-growing FinTech scale-up in Dubai to find them multiple Senior Product Designer.

Someone once told me this is the most design-led company in the UAE - and honestly, what designer wouldn't want to be part of that?

After a huge year of revenue growth, user growth, and major funding secured, they're now doubling down on their Product Design function. They hire from high-performing product teams, and the bar is high.

They're gunning for unicorn status and want designers ready to grow with them.

The role:You'll be stepping into a packed pipeline of features and products launching over the next 6–12 months, playing a major part in shaping what ships.

They need true T-shaped designers - end-to-end ownership, comfortable across the full design lifecycle, from strategy through to pixel-perfect delivery.

Visual quality and UX are core to their brand - they want designers who've worked on polished, aesthetically strong products.
