The role

As a Motion Designer on the Paid Performance Marketing team, you will shape Pinterest's connection with small and medium-sized businesses through social and digital advertising. You will collaborate with creative teams to concept and deliver motion-first campaigns that turn insights into high-performing visual stories.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in motion or video for performance marketing
• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and pacing across digital channels
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI toolsets
• Ability to design for both product-focused and brand-building campaigns
• Strong communication skills to articulate motion decisions to stakeholders
