Mindly is seeking an AI Motion Designer to create high-converting ad creatives for paid social channels like TikTok and Meta. You will leverage AI tools to produce scroll-stopping content that drives user acquisition for a leading HealthTech marketplace.

• Generate and rapidly test content hypotheses to identify winning ad formats

• Collaborate with the Growth team to develop briefs and test plans
