Keep every creative pod moving.Remote | Full-Time | Operations-FocusedJob SnapshotWe’re a fast-growing DTC brand serving the US market, with creative at the centre of our growth.Our creative team operates through high-performing Creative Strategist + Paid Ads Video Editor pairs, supported by content creators and AI tools.As we scale, we need someone to own the operational side of creative execution so the Head of Creative can focus on strategy, coaching, and growth.You are not responsible for creating ads. You are responsible for making sure the people creating them can perform at their best.You’ll own workflows, deadlines, communication, accountability, reporting, onboarding, and process improvement from concept through launch.

The RoleYou’ll become the operational backbone of the creative department, ensuring strategists and editors stay aligned, productive, and accountable.If you’re doing the job well:Deadlines are met without constant leadership follow-up.Strategists and editors communicate proactively.Blockers are identified and resolved early.Everyone knows their priorities, deadlines, and next actions.Creative moves from idea to launch with minimal friction.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be accountable for:Managing the workflow of multiple Strategist + Editor pairs simultaneously.Tracking concepts from brief through final delivery and launch.Ensuring scripts are delivered on time, editor reviews happen within 24 hours, and revisions don’t sit longer than 48 hours.Managing timelines, deadlines, workload allocation, and production schedules.Ensuring briefs contain all required information before moving forward.Identifying blockers early and resolving them proactively.Escalating issues to the Head of Creative with a proposed solution, not just the problem.Following up before deadlines are missed.Facilitating communication between Strategists, Editors, and creative leadership.Maintaining accurate project tracking in Notion, Asana, or ClickUp.Leading weekly production planning and progress meetings.Providing short daily and weekly reports covering capacity, project status, and delivery risks.Managing operational onboarding, including access, tools, and documents before Day 1.Communicating new SOPs and process changes and confirming team acknowledgement.Handling administrative tasks such as access requests, software codes, invoices, time-off requests, offers, and pricing updates.Continuously improving creative workflows to increase speed and reduce operational friction.

Required ExperienceSeniority: Entry–Mid LevelYou should have:2+ years managing creative, marketing, or agency projects.Experience coordinating editors, copywriters, designers, or creative teams.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent follow-up and accountability habits.Ability to hold people accountable without micromanaging.Strong written and verbal English communication.High emotional intelligence and confidence working with different personalities.Ability to resolve problems independently and escalate appropriately.Experience working with remote teams.Bonus experience:DTC/eCommerce brands.Paid advertising creative teams.Marketing agencies.High-output creative production environments.
