You’ll decide what gets made, why it gets made, who it’s for, and which hooks and angles deserve testing. We’re expanding into UGC, video, AI UGC, and creator whitelisting while protecting what already works.

The RoleYou’ll own Meta creative strategy end-to-end and lead a small team of approximately 2–4 people across design, editing, and UGC/creator coordination.Our operating loop:Research → Hypothesis → Brief → Produce → Launch → 7-Day Read → Kill / Iterate / ScaleYou own that loop.Every week, you should know:Which customer insight we’re attackingWhich angles and hooks we’re testingWhy each concept deserves to existWhat won and lost, and whyWhat should be killed, iterated, or scaledWhat we should make nextWhere budget should moveThis is a high-ownership role with limited hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities1. Own the Creative Testing SystemBuild and run a repeatable testing engine from research through performance analysis. Every test should have a clear hypothesis, with a consistent pipeline of net-new concepts and meaningful variations ready for launch.2. Find Winning AdsThe goal isn’t maximum ad volume. It’s maximum profitable ideas discovered.Target expectations:1+ new winning ad per week1 super winner per month15%+ creative hit rate against target ROASBuild 5–10 meaningful iterations around winning concepts3. Lead Creative ProductionLead approximately 2–4 designers, editors, and UGC/creator resources. Compensation$3,000–$8,000 USD/month, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.Additional performance upside may include a 2–4% ad-spend-based component, depending on the final compensation structure.We’re willing to pay toward the top of the range for someone who can demonstrate they’ve built winning creative systems and helped scale meaningful Meta spend.
