Position OverviewThe Instructional Designer - Engineering owns the technical curriculum for XTEL implementers, administrators, and partner technical teams. In this role, they ensure that field enablement teams can configure, integrate, and support the platform effectively and consistently.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Partner Services, and Support to identify technical skill requirements for successful deployments.Build structured learning paths for solution architects, integration engineers, technical consultants, and admins.Design and maintain content on topics such as architecture, integrations, APIs, data models, environments, configuration, and security.Develop hands-on labs, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides that mirror real deployment scenarios.Partner with LMS Platform Lead to segment and secure technical content for the right audiences (internal vs partner vs customer IT).Keep technical curriculum fully aligned with release notes, new integrations, and infrastructure changes.Support technical certifications for partners and internal teams.Serve as a bridge between Engineering and Field for “how do we teach this?” questions.

QualificationsA great candidate will have:4–8+ years in technical enablement, developer education, or solutions / Partner Service enablement.Strong technical literacy in SaaS architectures, integrations, APIs, data pipelines, ideally within enterprise ecosystems.Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
