Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) to work on a contract basis. The role involves creating and refining visual and interactive designs for digital products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Responsibilities span multiple design disciplines, including UI/UX, product design, and visual design.

Key Responsibilities:• Design user interfaces, interactions, and visual elements for digital products and platforms.• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across products.• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users to optimize performance and accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.• Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices for digital products.• Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design projects and problem-solving skills.• Ability to conduct user research, synthesize insights, and apply them to design solutions.• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques.
