WHO YOU ARE You have 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on performance creative, static ads, or thumbnail designYou understand design hierarchy, focal points, and what makes someone stop scrolling, not just what looks cleanYou have a genuine feel for social media and what captures attention in a feed environmentYou bring experience from DTC creative, YouTube thumbnail design, or a combination of the twoYou're proficient in Photoshop and Figma, Illustrator is a plusYou're comfortable with AI tools or genuinely curious about integrating them into your workflow
