JOB SNAPSHOTWe’re a high 8-figure DTC brand approaching $150K/day in ad spend across all channels, with a path toward a $100M run rate.We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn customer psychology, performance data, and sharp creative instincts into a consistent pipeline of ad concepts worth testing at scale.You’ll work directly under a Senior Creative Strategist, gaining hands-on exposure to millions in monthly spend while developing the judgment required to eventually run creative at scale yourself.This is not a role for someone who wants templates and instructions. It’s for someone who wants volume, feedback, responsibility, and rapid improvement.

Creative is one of our biggest growth constraints, and we’re already deploying serious capital into paid acquisition.Your job is to help produce enough high-quality creative thinking to keep scaling spend profitably.You’ll work with marketers who move quickly and expect creative decisions to be backed by performance data, customer psychology, and market insight.
THE ROLEYour primary outcome is simple:Develop a consistent volume of high-quality creative concepts that help us scale the ad account.You’ll research customers and markets, develop concepts and angles, write briefs and scripts, collaborate with production, and analyze performance to understand why ads win or lose.AI is a core part of the workflow. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Manus and other AI tools are used daily for research, ideation, copy development, analysis and iteration.The goal isn’t to produce mediocre ideas faster. It’s to use every tool available to develop better ideas, faster and improve continuously from feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop creative concepts every week using customer psychology, market research, competitive intelligence and performance data.Turn concepts into clear, executable briefs and scripts for production teams.Analyze winning and losing ads to identify hooks, angles, mechanisms, formats and psychological drivers.Iterate quickly based on feedback and results rather than becoming attached to ideas.Use AI throughout research, ideation, copywriting, analysis and creative iteration.Identify what to say, who to say it to, and why that person should care.Your job isn’t simply to “make ads.” Your job is to develop the creative judgment required to consistently find what works.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEYou’re winning when:You consistently hit required creative concept volume.Concepts have a clear audience, problem, angle and reason to care.Hooks and opening seconds are strong enough to earn attention.Briefs give production teams clarity.You can explain why an ad worked or failed.You turn performance data into stronger iterations.Your creative judgment improves month over month.Your work contributes to ads capable of absorbing meaningful spend.We care about output, but even more about whether your judgment gets sharper as your output increases.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEThis role is best suited to someone with existing Creative Strategy experience who wants exposure to significantly higher volume and spend.You should have:Experience as a Creative Strategist for an e-commerce/DTC brand.Experience working for or closely with a 7–9 figure brand.Strong direct-response copywriting knowledge.Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and human psychology.Ability to break down why an ad won or flopped.Experience using AI tools in your daily workflow.Professional English communication skills.Ability to take feedback and iterate extremely quickly.You should genuinely enjoy studying ads. We’re looking for someone who can become obsessed with getting better at performance creative.

Working hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, subject to variation.This role requires real focus. Candidates should have fewer than two active clients, with one or zero strongly preferred.
