Role Overview

Baseten is seeking a designer to lead large-scale brand campaigns and evolve their visual identity system. You will partner with engineering and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale brand campaigns across digital, events, and out-of-home platforms
• Partner with engineering and product marketing on major product launches
• Turn complex technical ideas into clear and compelling visual communication
• Evolve the Baseten visual identity into a brand system that scales
• Own projects end-to-end from initial concept through final launch
• Shape the employer brand and define the experience for new hires
