Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-Learning Development Consultant with 15+ years of experience to lead the transformation of existing learning content into innovative, high-impact digital learning experiences.This role requires a seasoned expert who can seamlessly blend instructional design strategy, creative media thinking, and advanced authoring capabilities to elevate pre-developed scripts into engaging, scalable, and business-aligned e-learning solutions.The focus is not on content creation from scratch, but on re-envisioning and enhancing existing materials to deliver superior learner engagement and outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Content TransformationAnalyze and interpret existing scripts to identify enhancement opportunities.Redesign and elevate content into interactive, learner-centric digital experiences.Ensure alignment with business goals, learning outcomes, and audience needs.Advanced Instructional Design LeadershipApply and guide the use of advanced instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, scenario-based learning).Define learning strategies to maximize engagement, retention, and performance impact.Mentor and guide junior developers/designers on best practices.Creative & Media DirectionProvide creative direction on the use of multimedia elements (audio, video, animation, storytelling).Reimagine static content into immersive experiences using interactive and modern learning techniques.Ensure consistency in visual identity, UX design, and learner journey.
E-Learning Development & Tool ExpertiseLead development using advanced authoring tools:Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise – advanced usage)ElevenLabs (AI voice integration)Omniplex Learning platformsArchitect scalable, reusable learning assets and templates.Ensure compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards.Stakeholder Engagement & ConsultingAct as a consultative partner to client stakeholders.Translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.Provide recommendations on learning strategy, design innovation, and technology adoption.Quality Assurance & OptimizationEstablish and enforce quality benchmarks for content, design, and delivery.Conduct usability testing and optimize based on learner feedback and analytics.Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and multi-device compatibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications15+ years of experience in E-Learning Development, Instructional Design, or Digital Learning Consulting.Proven expertise in transforming existing content into high-quality, engaging learning solutions.Deep understanding of adult learning theory and digital pedagogy.Advanced proficiency in:Articulate 360 SuiteAI-based voice and media tools (e.g., ElevenLabs)Learning platforms like OmniplexStrong creative storytelling, visual design, and media integration skills.Experience in leading complex learning projects and mentoring teams.Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Preferred ExperienceExperience working with large global enterprises.Exposure to IT/technical or corporate training domains.Familiarity with learning analytics, LMS integrations, and emerging learning technologies (AI, adaptive learning).
