People Business Partner, Product & Design at Harvey

The role

As a People Business Partner at Harvey, you will support the Product and Design teams in San Francisco to build and scale high-performing organizations. You will partner closely with leaders to navigate rapid growth and evolve organizational structures in a fast-paced AI environment.

What you'll do

• Advise leaders on organizational design and team structure
• Coach and provide direct feedback to senior leadership
• Manage performance feedback and employee development initiatives
• Handle complex employee relations matters with sound judgment
• Analyze technical team operations to identify and resolve friction
• Implement people practices that support high-performing technical teams

What you'll bring

• Six to ten years of experience in a People Business Partner role
• Previous experience supporting Product Design or Engineering organizations
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
• Expertise in organizational design and performance management
• Availability to work in the San Francisco office three days weekly
