Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify emerging trends, memes, and narratives within the crypto and degen communities
- Create compelling, scroll-stopping social media content focused on themes of financial freedom, decentralization, and the future of money
- Collaborate on global marketing campaigns that influence culture and community engagement, beyond traditional advertising
- Support initiatives aimed at onboarding new users into Web3 and decentralized finance ecosystems
- Engage with the community to understand sentiment and feedback, helping to refine content strategies
Requirements:
- Deep passion for crypto, DeFi, and the concept of financial freedom
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially those popular in crypto communities (e.g., Twitter, TikTok, Discord, Reddit)
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce bold, humorous, and experimental content
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a global team
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
- Prior experience or active participation in crypto communities is a plus but not mandatory
