The role

This role involves managing a railway design team and project bids to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. The lead oversees the design process, manages project budgets, and maintains technical relationships with partners and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage the railway design team and bids to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships and technical contact with clients and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets and accurately forecast workload and payments.
• Set team objectives and define specific tasks and deadlines.
• Provide technical support to the Project Manager during design phases.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training support.

What you'll bring

• At least five years of experience in infrastructure design in Romania.
• Degree in Construction Engineering.
• Proficiency in recognized design software and Microsoft applications.
• Fluent in both Romanian and English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
