Project Manager - Kyiv Design Hub at Wix

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Kyiv Design Hub. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the successful execution of design initiatives, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to delivery while keeping stakeholders aligned and designers focused on creating exceptional work.

In your day-to-day, you will: 
• Own the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent design initiatives - from scoping and kickoff through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch review 
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, define milestones, and coordinate timelines to ensure projects land on time and at the quality the work deserves 
• Keep the Kyiv Design Hub and Wix stakeholders in sync - managing communication, aligning expectations, and ensuring the right people have the right information throughout 
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, and drive solutions proactively to maintain project momentum 
• Support designers by reducing operational overhead - coordinating feedback cycles, facilitating reviews, and making sure they have the context and resources to stay focused on design 
• Continuously refine team workflows, documentation, and collaboration practices to help the hub operate more efficiently and deliver more predictably 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in design, creative, product, marketing, or agency environments, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end in a fast-paced setting 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - clear, confident, and able to influence without direct authority 
• Sharp problem-solver who anticipates blockers and adapts quickly when priorities shift 
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira are required
