Product Designer (UI/UX)

Role Overview

The Product Designer is responsible for iterating on and creating new design patterns, contributing to team discussions on scoping and prioritization. This role involves understanding the qualitative and quantitative research, and business context that drives design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design process within a cross-functional team, collaborating with partner Designers and Researchers.
• Define and deliver new features, test concepts, and assist with final implementation in partnership with Researchers and Designers.
• Ensure proposed designs and UX are technically achievable and customer-centric by working with Product Managers.
• Explore strategic opportunities using insights from quantitative and qualitative data, and address research gaps.
• Generate hypotheses for customer problems, from minor optimizations to significant user experience innovations.
• Scope, design, build, and analyze experiments with developers and data analysts to drive key metrics.

Requirements Snapshot

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of key UI/UX principles (e.g., user-centered design, design thinking).
• Ability to balance business growth with customer problems and focus on measurable impact.
• Comfortable collaborating with UX, product, and technical teams in an agile environment.
