Product Designer, Global at Stripe

The role

Stripe is seeking a Product Designer to join the Global design team focused on making cross-border selling as simple as domestic sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to envision features for the Stripe Dashboard and checkout surfaces across international markets.

What you'll do

• Understand user workflows and iterate on high quality designs to solve pain points
• Partner with product and engineering to define a north star for new features
• Prototype user experiences for research testing and internal communication
• Collaborate with teams across Stripe to craft a seamless dashboard experience
• Conduct user research to test and validate design decisions before shipping
• Work with design systems teams to leverage and improve templates and components

What you'll bring

• Six or more years of design experience at a product-driven tech company
• Strong design craft demonstrated through a professional portfolio of work
• Skills in high fidelity prototyping using the latest AI tools
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on product delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for design artifacts
