Product Designer at Sola Insurance

The role

As a Product Designer at Sola, you will own the interface and user experience for a first-of-its-kind weather data-driven risk management platform. You will translate complex insurance and weather data into clear, actionable workflows for both internal and external users.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end product flows and navigation across the risk management platform
• Create data visualizations and comparison views to help users analyze performance
• Develop interfaces that allow users to identify and investigate risk concentrations
• Build workflows for reporting tasks including data validation and exception resolution
• Collaborate with engineers to prototype and implement high-quality software experiences
• Maintain and expand the company design system with reusable interface patterns

What you'll bring

• Three or more years of experience designing shipped B2B or analytics software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in organizing complex information and interface craft
• Proficiency in Figma and creating interactive prototypes to validate designs
• Ability to work in-person at the West Midtown Atlanta office
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
