Product Designer at Nolla Health

The role

Nolla is seeking its first full-time Product Designer to lead design efforts for their suite of AI-powered healthcare applications. You will partner with the product team to create polished, production-ready flows and maintain a rigorous component library. This hands-on role involves designing complex clinical AI experiences that make top-quality healthcare accessible to everyone.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-fidelity UI and production-ready screens for multiple specialty healthcare apps
• Design intuitive intake and diagnosis experiences where AI clinicians interact with patients
• Iterate on onboarding and retention flows using real-world usage data
• Create interfaces that communicate AI confidence levels and clinical safety requirements
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Figma component library and design system
• Partner with engineers to ensure design quality and consistency during the build process

What you'll bring

• At least three years of product design experience on shipped consumer or health apps
• A portfolio showcasing complete end-to-end flows for at least one iOS application
• Exceptional visual and interaction craft with a focus on typography and motion
• Proven experience building or maintaining a scalable design system and component library
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and testing designs before engineering handoff
