Responsibilities As Product Designer, you will be responsible for translating our product strategy into amazing UX/UI design on web, app, and internal tools. This includes collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Marketing, and Creative, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects our brand values and delivers an outstanding user experience. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining a design system, establishing research and validation practices, and ensuring our design work is on brand, future proof, user friendly, and scalable. What You’ll Do Translate brand vision into a cohesive, scalable design system.Execute on product strategy from a UX/UI perspective in collaboration with product and leadership.Design intuitive and elegant user experiences across our customer-facing platforms and internal admin tools.Bring our UI to a new level — create the kind of awesome shit that blows users (and us) away.Work closely with leadership, product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design work with business goals.Apply UX research and testing to inform and validate design decisions.Be actively involved in implementation—providing support and guidance during development phases. What you’ll work on in your first 6 to 12 months Elevate Premium Categories: Design intuitive, high-conversion flows for highest-value categories (NBA, Champions League, Legend Collections) that honor the emotional weight of these items.Simplify Complex Mechanics: Seamlessly integrate live bidding, dynamic pricing, verification checks, and countdown timers into an effortless experience.Design for Diverse Users: Cater to everyone from casual club fans to high-roller collectors spending €100K on a shirt, shaping the personalization strategy alongside the product team.Unify the Ecosystem: Create a coherent UX that ties new products together, including authentication certificates, NFC-chipped items, resale, and fixed-price purchasing. Qualifications & Experience Professional Depth: 3–5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design.Portfolio: Strong demonstration of end-to-end product design work across both web and mobile.Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.Industry Background: Experience at or with premium consumer or e-commerce brands is a distinct plus.Legal: EU/NL passport or valid working rights for the Netherlands. Key Competencies & Skills Figma: Expert-level proficiency, including advanced components, variables, and prototyping.Motion & Animation: Ability to design and spec micro-interactions that actively enhance usability.Systems Thinking: A mindset that treats the design system as a living product.User Research & Validation: Experience planning and running usability tests, interviews, and synthesis.Stakeholder Communication: Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience partnering closely with PMs, engineers, and marketing teams.
