Product Designer at Luminai

The role

We are seeking a Product Designer to shape the core Luminai product experience from end-to-end. This high-ownership role involves influencing product direction and translating ambiguous, real-world workflows into intuitive product experiences. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to design clear, reliable workflows for complex, mission-critical healthcare operations.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across Luminai’s core platform, from early concepts to shipped features.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define problems, explore solutions, and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Translate complex operational workflows and AI-driven systems into intuitive, usable interfaces.
• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent to Engineering.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering throughout implementation to ensure quality and clarity.

What you'll bring

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Product Designer on B2B SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped work.
• Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or enterprise tools.
• Strong UX fundamentals paired with solid visual design instincts.
• Comfort working closely with Product and Engineering in highly collaborative environments.
