Role Overview

NEXTON is recruiting a Product Designer (M/F) for a permanent contract in Lyon. You will join a major energy player's digital division, contributing to a digital transformation program focused on modernizing information systems for industrial production, maintenance, and logistics. This role places you at the heart of the complete design methodology, including User Research, UX, and UI, working closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and business experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to identify real needs and operational constraints in a demanding industrial context.
  • Facilitate ideation, co-design, and user testing workshops.
  • Design and prototype ergonomic and accessible interfaces, consistent with the existing Design System.
  • Create and maintain UX/UI deliverables such as personas, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Participate in the framing, design, production monitoring, and continuous improvement phases of digital products.
  • Measure and analyze product usage post-delivery to drive their evolution.
