Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Production Designer to join our regional in-house creative services team. As a Production Designer, you will have a solid background in digital forward designs. You will work on mostly digital campaign designs, all business-as-usual updates, new campaign launches, as well as evergreen digital brand experiences with a focus on Amazon. This role will be about 90% production work and 10% creative ideation.

Reporting to the Director, Creative Services you will be responsible for executing the brand’s visual identity across all digital channels, always ensuring beautiful and consistent creative. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and uploading templates to Canva for our Field and Events team to use.

You will also work closely across several teams to make product page infographics, digital ad banners, social media posts, OOH graphics and videos, email artwork and Amazon page assets. You will also be responsible for more administrative tasks like re-naming PDP assets and uploading to retailer platforms.

As a Production Designer you will:

  • Creating, editing and delivering digital assets for retailer websites, product display pages, premium A+ content, amazon components, emails, display, OOH, organic social media, and paid social media creative.
  • Translating global campaign creative into regional digital assets that are engaging and creative, as well as commercially attractive.
  • Comfortability with interpreting predetermined creative direction from a larger campaign and adapting for online.
  • Developing online exclusive campaign concepts with guidance from higher management
  • Communicating effectively in a cross-functional team: including marketing, PR, events, education, and within the design team.
  • Understanding Charlotte Tilbury’s DNA and properly implement in projects. Always remembering that you might have to alter what you consider best design practices to meet the “Charlotte Tilbury” pre-approved global look.
  • Keeping up to date with trends, design techniques, digital advancements, and competitors to help improve the team’s approach to digital design.
  • Ensuring that all digital ads and web assets meet ADA compliance.

  • Responsibility for more administrative tasks like re-naming PDP assets and uploading to retailer platforms.
  • Assisting with print production, contingent on current workload.

Who you will work with:

  • You will also work closely with the Amazon team, Marketing team, PR team, Education team, Events team, and Commercial team

About you

  • +2 years’ experience in digital design
  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating digital design across all channels (website, emails, social, video, motion graphics)
  • Video editing and motion graphics experience is a plus
  • Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience creating Amazon PDP assets, Premium A+ content, and advertising creatives
  • Understanding and knowledge of online accessibility and UX & UI
  • Able to work in project management systems like Asana and Monday.com
  • Experience working within the Luxury / Fashion / Beauty sectors is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines across all devices and channels
  • Ability to work well using own initiative, as well as foster a spirit of teamwork
  • A nimble approach to working, with the ability to juggle multiple briefs

This role includes a test project as part of the interview process. The project will be a simulated assignment created solely for evaluation purposes and will not be used in production. Its goal is to assess the candidate’s technical proficiency and creative problem-solving skills.

Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD
