Freelancer - 3D Motion Designer (f/m/d)
We are looking for a 3D Motion Designer to produce high-performing video ads for our mobile games, like Idle Bank Tycoon, one of the top idle games on the market. We are not only focused on “pretty” videos, but creatives with compelling hooks that grab attention in the first three seconds and drive installs.
Responsibilities
- Create 30-second 3D video ads based on marketing briefs and current trends.
- Animate existing 3D game assets specifically for marketing use.
- Iterate on existing videos and concepts (e.g., swapping assets, camera angles, or intros).
- Handle the full pipeline independently, from scene setup and animation to rendering and final editing.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Blender or similar 3D software.
- Proficiency in After Effects or similar video editing/compositing software.
- Strong character animation skills based on solid animation principles.
- Proven experience creating mobile game ads (UA creatives).
- Understanding of mobile marketing (hooks, pacing, and CTAs).
Desirable Skills
- Strong sense of “game feel” to create videos with convincing gameplay.
- Ability to create low-poly 3D assets that match an established game style.
- Experience using AI tools to create polished video hooks.
- Proficiency in 2D video production (for our other game Idle Miner Tycoon).
- Experience with physics or simulations within a 3D engine is a bonus.
