Production Manager - Custom Design

As the Production Manager, you will ensure that aluminium pergola components, accessories, and related products are manufactured and assembled in the right quality and quantity to meet production plans and forecasts. You will drive daily output, workforce alignment, and operational flow while maintaining an uncompromising focus on health and safety—the top priority. In this key leadership role, you will coordinate people, machines, and materials to meet performance targets and support continuous improvement. What You’ll Do

• Execute daily and weekly production plans to achieve factory output targets with consistent quality.

• Monitor real-time progress, identify bottlenecks early, and reallocate resources to keep production on schedule.

• Oversee shift planning, role assignments, and coordination across stations to optimize production flow.

• Lead and mentor production teams, resolve operational conflicts, and ensure strong communication with team leaders.

• Track, document, and present key performance metrics such as throughput, rework, and scrap rates to management.

What You’ll Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in production management, industrial operations, or lean manufacturing.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in an industrial or assembly-line environment.

• Strong understanding of production KPIs, planning tools, and real-time problem solving.

• Proficient in Spanish, conversational English skills for documentation and cross-team communication.

• A hands-on, values-driven approach with the ability to build, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
