⚡ We are looking for a Design Project Manager to join our Advertising Design department and support the delivery of high-volume, multi-brand marketing creatives.
This role sits within a fast-paced production environment, working closely with two design teams focused on advertising output - Graphic Design and Motion Design. The teams consist of ~15 designers supported by two Design Leads (one per discipline).
The Project Manager will act as a central coordination point between design teams and a wide range of stakeholders across marketing and PR, ensuring smooth execution, clear prioritization, and scalable processes.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage the full lifecycle of design tasks: from briefing to delivery
✔️ Prioritize incoming requests from multiple stakeholders across marketing and PR
✔️ Improve and scale design workflows to support high-volume production
✔️ Act as the main point of contact between design teams and internal clients
✔️ Maintain clear and structured communication across multiple teams and time zones
✔️ Work closely with Design Leads to plan capacity and delivery
✔️ Ensure visibility of team workload and priorities
✔️ Support designers by removing blockers and improving task clarity.
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or high-volume in-house marketing team
✔️ Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative projects
✔️ Understanding of marketing production workflows
✔️ Ability to structure, prioritize, and manage large volumes of tasks
✔️ Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
✔️ Attention to detail and understanding of visual quality
✔️ Proactive approach to improving processes, not just maintaining them
✔️ Strong English (B2+ / C1), both written and spoken.
