About the Role

Aspora is redefining how immigrants manage, move, and grow their money globally — and brand is at the heart of how we tell that story. As our Lead Visual Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a brand that connects across borders and resonates with millions.

You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring cohesive, high-impact creative to market.

What You’ll Own

  • Bring the brand to life across all touchpoints: out-of-home, social media, CRM, in-app placements, brand campaigns, and more.

  • Design bold, consistent, and high-performing marketing assets tailored for global audiences.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Content to maintain visual coherence and strengthen storytelling across channels.

  • Champion creative excellence — ensuring quality, clarity, and attention to detail while balancing speed and scalability.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our design systems to ensure visual consistency across product and marketing.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design.

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creative range, and storytelling capability.

  • Experience working with or developing brands, ideally in collaboration with agencies or creative studios.

  • Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and motion principles.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
