The role

Lead the Sound Design team at CD PROJEKT RED to drive audio development for the upcoming Witcher 4. You will collaborate with cross-discipline teams to create an immersive and technologically advanced audio experience for a major narrative-driven RPG.

What you'll do

• Lead the Sound Design team and drive game audio development
• Define and maintain aesthetic continuity across the game and trailers
• Collaborate with directors and cross-discipline teams to craft audio experiences
• Plan and execute project milestones and roadmap deliverables
• Support and coach team members to achieve high-quality results
• Design and implement original sound effects using Unreal Engine 5

What you'll bring

• Seven years of professional experience in the AAA video game industry
• Two years of experience in a sound design leadership role
• Strong creative skills evidenced by a portfolio or demo reel
• Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with multiple teams
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across development disciplines
