Role Overview

This role leads the design and development of digital products, integrating experience design with agile software delivery. The Lead Product Designer will bridge design, technology, and business teams, ensuring seamless execution and championing continuous improvement in design practices. This position involves solving complex problems and delivering innovative digital products for clients.

• Lead digital product design and development from concept through iterative delivery.
• Ensure quality across product touchpoints using visual design guidelines and UX principles.

• Act as the primary bridge between design, technology, and business teams for vision execution.
• Champion continuous improvement of design practices by mentoring the team and facilitating knowledge sharing.
• Actively engage and bring thought leadership and best practices to Thoughtworks and clients.
