  • Crafting and iterating on fresh levels yourself to understand our tools deeply and find collaborative ways to improve our workflows.

  • Reviewing daily player data to find thoughtful opportunities that improve level design while respecting both player experience and monetization.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You've successfully released frequent content updates for at least 2 free-to-play (F2P) live games.

  • You create unforgettable player moments and can easily share the craft and theory behind what makes a level genuinely fun.

  • You understand player behavior signals and enjoy collaborating with data teams to translate insights into cooperative design choices.

  • You feel comfortable navigating design challenges without clear precedents, working together with leadership to find the best pathways forward.

  • You are a proactive communicator who shares context openly and clears blockers before they impact the team.
