Lead Game Designer (PC/Console/Mobile) at Gameloft

The role

This leadership position involves defining and executing the overall vision for a new AA game experience. You will direct the tone, gameplay, and meta structure while leading the design team to ensure a cohesive player experience.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the game vision in collaboration with studio stakeholders
• Direct the tone gameplay and meta structure of the game
• Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive experience across the title
• Coordinate with level design teams to synchronize mechanics and progression
• Allocate resources and plan the project roadmap with managers and producers
• Participate in the recruitment process for game designers

What you'll bring

• Over six years of game design experience including leadership roles
• Minimum of two released titles as a lead or senior designer
• Proven experience with 3Cs and gameplay systems for action genres
• Proficiency in prototyping with Unity or Unreal engines
• Strong knowledge of meta game systems balancing and UI UX
