Key Responsibilities

  • Design, curate and maintain learning pathways for different roles, levels and functions, ensuring relevance and currency  

  • Facilitate engaging, high-quality open-to-all workshops and learning sessions, adapting content for diverse global audiences  

  • Design learning content and resources in line with adult learning principles, ensuring accessibility, inclusion and practical application  

  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using appropriate methodologies, iterating on programmes based on participant feedback and business insight  

  • Partner with subject matter experts across the business to co-develop specialist and functional learning content  

  • Manage relationships with learning vendors and platforms, ensuring quality of provision and value for money
