Job Description

Good training on a hard system is rarer than the system itself.

A multinational defence organisation needs short, sharp e-learning for the people who operate its intelligence systems — onboarding, keeping skills current, and making the tools actually usable in an operation. The work is done from your own premises, with occasional visits to sites in the Netherlands, Portugal and Belgium.

What You Would Be Doing

Storyboarding each functional area, then writing its script and planning how it should be taughtProducing short interactive micro lessons with multimedia, voiceover and assessmentKeeping every piece of content inside the classification, security and accessibility standardsDelivering SCORM-compliant modules, working closely with a graphic designer, ready for a secure learning management systemEmbedding the lessons in wiki pages in the shared repository, creating the page where none existsCovering the full functional spread: product repository, analysis of the operating picture, request-for-information workflow, collection management, collection operations, ballistic missile analysis and warning problem managementSupplying editable source files and taking each module through up to two review cycles
