Junior Motion Designer (Digital & Social)

Location: Barcelona

We are looking for a Junior Motion Designer to support the creation and adaptation of video content across digital marketing, social media, and TV formats. This is a hands-on role focused on editing, production, and fast iteration, with an opportunity to work with AI tools for content creation.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Create and edit short-form video content for digital marketing channels (paid media, social, in-app)
• Adapt and edit video assets for TV formats and broadcasters
• Produce content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Meta)
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver high-volume content
• Create static visuals using AI tools (image generation)
• Generate and experiment with video content using AI tools
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  
  

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• 2+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or similar roles
• Strong skills in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Understanding of formats and requirements across digital and social platforms
• Experience or strong interest in AI tools for image and video generation
• Ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback
• Attention to detail and strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
• English proficiency required
• Experience working in advertising agencies (preferred)
• Experience working with TV formats and broadcast specifications
• Basic design skills (Photoshop, Figma)
• Experience in performance marketing creatives
