As a Junior Instructional Designer, you will help create engaging digital learning experiences that support colleagues across the global Eurofins network.

As part of the Eurofins Academy team, you will design and develop e-learning courses about methods, technologies, and processes within Eurofins network for all employees, based on internal training materials from subject matter experts. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal e-learning portfolio to support the learning and development of Eurofins employees globally.

In this role, you will:

Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, following established learning standards and internal processes.

Update and implement multilingual versions of e-learning courses using translation resources.

Support the administration of the internal Eurofins Learning Centre, including course assignments, learner enrolments and reporting.

Create supporting learning materials such as user guides, quick reference guides, manuals and handouts.

Monitor the Eurofins Academy support mailbox, responding to common learning and development queries, and directing more complex requests to the appropriate team members.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning content, processes and the overall learner experience across the global organisation.

Qualifications

Education: Graduated with master’s degree in business, science, or engineering.

Languages: Excellent English is required. Fluency in other languages is considered a plus.

Soft skills: Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, at different stages of development. Strong collaborative spirit and willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of colleagues. Experience in training or teaching is a plus.

IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Previous experience with Articulate Storyline360, or any alternative e-learning authoring tool (e.g. Articulate Rise360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Elucidat etc.) is a plus. Experience with a Learning Management System is a plus.
