Every day, our close-knit Boys Design team works with passion and creativity to develop stylish collections for our customers. As a Junior Designer, this means constantly thinking ahead, learning, adapting, and maintaining a clear overview. It's a dynamic role where no two days are the same.In this role, you will support the development of our Boys collection, with a primary focus on the woven product category. Together with your colleagues, you will create collections that meet the needs of our customers while gaining valuable insight into pricing structures and commercial objectives.
You will closely monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and translate your insights into mood boards and design concepts. You will clearly communicate your ideas to suppliers and fit technicians, ensuring that designs are well prepared for the development and production process.You will be involved throughout the entire design process and have the opportunity to further develop your expertise, including collection building and assortment planning. You will work closely with the Buying, Merchandising, and Design teams to create collections that are both creative and commercially successful.
Where you make impact:You have a passion for boyswear, fashion, and trends, and enjoy developing commercially successful collections.You have gained some experience in a design role within a fashion retail environment and are ready to take the next step in your design career.You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, and can effectively communicate your design ideas for production. Experience with PLM systems is an advantage.You are curious about fashion trends, new techniques, and industry developments, and know how to translate them into relevant designs for our customers.You have a good command of English, enabling you to collaborate effectively in an international environment.

Dagelijks werkt ons hechte Boys Design team met veel passie en creativiteit aan stijlvolle collecties voor onze klanten. Dat betekent voor jou als Junior Designer: continu vooruitdenken, leren, schakelen en overzicht houden. Een dynamische rol waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van onze Boys collectie met focus op het geweven pakket. Samen met jouw collega's werk je aan collecties die aansluiten bij onze klant, en leer je meer over prijsopbouw en commerciële doelstellingen.Je volgt de markt op de voet, analyseert trends, onderzoekt concurrenten en vertaalt inzichten naar moodboards en designs. Je werkt jouw ideeën duidelijk uit voor leveranciers en fit technicians en zorgt ervoor dat designs goed voorbereid zijn voor het verdere ontwikkel- en productieproces.Je bent betrokken bij het volledige ontwerpproces en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak zoals collectieopbouw. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Buying, Merchandising en het Design team om collecties te creëren die zowel creatief als commercieel sterk zijn.
Waar jij impact maakt:Je hebt affiniteit met boys kleding, fashion en trends en krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van commerciële collecties.Je hebt enige ervaring opgedaan binnen een designfunctie bij een fashion retailer en bent klaar voor een volgende stap binnen jouw designcarrière.Je werkt met software van Adobe Creative Suite (met name Illustrator) en weet ideeën duidelijk uit te werken voor productie. Ervaring met PLM-systemen is daarbij een plus.Je bent nieuwsgierig naar trends, nieuwe technieken en ontwikkelingen binnen fashion en weet deze te vertalen naar relevante designs voor onze klant.Je kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels, zodat je effectief kunt samenwerken in een internationale context.
