Job Description

As a Junior Learning Solution Designer, you play an important role in transforming complex knowledge into engaging learning experiences. From e-learnings and webinars to podcasts and animations, you help bring educational content to life. This is a highly hands-on role.

You will work closely with internal experts and external stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are both effective and user-friendly. At the same time, you contribute to improving processes and workflows within the training development team.

Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, preferably the ADDIE model;Experience with e-learning development and authoring tools;Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise);Basic project and stakeholder management skills;Affinity with digital learning technologies and LMS-environments;Experience with Vyond is considered a plus;A completed education or training in digital learning, instructional design or a related field;1 to 3 years of relevant work experience;Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
