(Junior) Design Assistenz Womenswear (w/m/d)

Role Overview

This position supports the development of the womenswear collection with a focus on jersey and shirt product groups. The role involves assisting the design process from initial sketches through to the final collection and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of silhouettes and materials for jersey and shirt collections
• Create technical sketches and design documentation for the development process
• Monitor prototype and sample development to ensure design implementation
• Prepare and document fittings including measurement controls
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments throughout the cycle
• Maintain and update product data within the PLM system

Requirements Snapshot

• Degree in Fashion Design or a comparable educational background
• Initial practical experience in womenswear design through internships
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience in print design and knowledge of materials
• Strong communication skills in German and English
