Duration: 5–6 months
Availability: 4–5 days per week (full-time preferred)
Compensation: €500 per month
Location: Hoofddorp (1 day WFH possible after onboarding, with flexibility for student's supervision days and assessment moments)

We're looking for a Product Design Intern who's curious, proactive, and ready to do meaningful design work from day one. You'll join us in crafting seamless user experiences across Get-e's online portals, designing the internal tools that keep our operations running and the customer-facing interfaces that help travelers book transfers and hotels with ease. You'll work on real problems, ship real features, and see the impact of your design decisions in the hands of users every day.

Your profile

What we’re looking for

  • You're in the final year of your studies or have recently graduated.
  • Your background is in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a closely related field.
  • Solid working knowledge of UX principles, user flows, and interface design, with at least one project or internship where you've applied them end-to-end.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma and AI supported workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
  • Ability to work independently while staying open to feedback.
  • Open to learning from mistakes and iterating on feedback.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of front-end frameworks or technical constraints.
  • Interest in or exposure to travel, logistics, mobility, or similar industries.
  • Awareness of accessibility and multi-language design.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to maintaining and improving our design system and component library.
  • Participate in sprint and agile ceremonies as part of the product team.
  • Support design QA to ensure consistency and quality in delivered features.
  • Help analyze user behavior using tools like Amplitude, Hotjar, FullStory, or Mixpanel.
