User Experience Research Intern at Match Group

The role

Join Tinders UX Research team for a summer internship to work on real-world studies that impact the product. You will collaborate with designers, PMs, and data scientists to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities.

What you'll do

• Support live research projects by planning studies and recruiting participants
• Conduct usability tests and user interviews to gather insights
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify meaningful patterns
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for Product and Design
• Present work through written reports and creative artifacts
• Complete a capstone project and present it to the team

What you'll bring

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HCI or Psychology
• Hands-on research experience through coursework or prior internships
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your impact
