The role

As the design leader reporting to the CPO, you will set the design direction and manage a team of six across London and Stockholm. This player-coach role involves hands-on design work for critical journeys while pioneering agentic, AI-driven experiences for small businesses.

What you'll do

• Set the design vision and strategy to support overall product goals
• Lead and develop a team of six designers across multiple locations
• Design hands-on for high-impact customer journeys and prototypes
• Develop a unified design system for direct and partner-branded channels
• Oversee user research initiatives and establish a regular research rhythm
• Pioneer the design of agentic AI experiences and automated tools
