Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our Creative Service Desk (CSD) team.
Location: Madrid
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Internship agreement with university is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the Graphic Designer in the team in the execution of day-to-day creative tasks.
Assist in the design and development of visual assets for digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate in the production of marketing materials, social media content, internal communication pieces, presentations, and branding projects.
Help maintain visual consistency across all creative outputs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with fresh ideas and creative input.
Prepare working files according to team standards and workflows.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- A portfolio is required; applications submitted without one will not be considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong sense of design, composition, typography, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent / Professional level of English (written and spoken).
- Creativity, initiative, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
