Job Description
We’re looking for a detail‑driven Graphic Designer for a 12‑month contract position to deliver high‑quality visual assets across internal and external channels. Working within established brand guidelines and templates, you’ll help bring our brand to life through clear, consistent, and engaging design.
What you’ll do:
- Create branded internal communication templates and documents
- Adapt and customize PowerPoint templates for global teams
- Produce office, training, site, event, and exhibition graphics
- Design static social media assets and edit basic short‑form video using approved templates
- Support marketing needs including brochures, sales sheets, and technical documents
- Apply and maintain global brand standards across all outputs
- Collaborate with Communications & Marketing teams to visually communicate brand and technical messages
- Support the Senior Graphic Designer with design and production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Hands‑on skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop essential; After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus).
- A solid grounding in design fundamentals (typography, layout, colour) with a portfolio that shows consistency and attention to detail.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and working from established brand guidelines and templates.
- Basic understanding of print and digital production requirements.
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest or exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or AI‑assisted design tools, with a willingness to learn and grow.
