Gambling Sector | Senior Product Designer

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from discovery to delivery.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all products.
• Partner with leadership to define product vision, UX goals, and design strategies, translating product objectives into innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing in collaboration with UX research to gather insights and advocate for user needs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, setting standards for consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving design processes and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful solutions (B2B experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (primary), Sketch, etc.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile workflows (especially Scrum) and project management tools like Jira.
• Expertise in designing, maintaining, and evolving design systems and scalable reusable components.
• Bonus: active participation in the design community.
