The role

This is a UX/Product Designer role at Nacar focusing on a Healthcare CRM environment for a top-tier client. The position balances product delivery with deep research and requires navigating complex technical constraints and stakeholder alignment.

What you'll do

• Plan and conduct research activities to understand user needs and business constraints
• Translate research findings into actionable product opportunities and design recommendations
• Facilitate alignment with business and technical stakeholders to document key decisions

• Produce structured UX deliverables that support implementation and rationale discussions
